We collect contact details (such as email, phone, and business information) from administrators who create accounts. Customers providing booking information share their name, phone number, chosen service, and appointment details. We also gather technical data like device type, browser, and log files to maintain platform security and performance.
3. How We Use Information
Information is used to authenticate users, provision business workspaces, manage appointment availability, send verification codes, and improve platform functionality. We may send transactional communications (e.g., OTP codes, account updates) related to your use of AppointmentMe.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell customer data. Information may be shared with service providers who support hosting, communication, analytics, or security, but only under agreements that require the data to be used solely for providing the contracted services. AppointmentMe may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Business and booking data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your admin account or business workspace, which will remove associated booking data unless retention is required by law.

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and auditing, to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we encourage strong passwords and prompt reporting of suspicious activity.
7. International Transfers
AppointmentMe may process and store data on servers located in different jurisdictions. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of information to those jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
8. Children's Privacy
AppointmentMe is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such data.
