Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of AppointmentMe\'s scheduling platform, dashboard, and related services. Please read them carefully. By using AppointmentMe you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement Overview
AppointmentMe provides multi-business appointment scheduling tools (the "Service"). By creating an admin account, accessing the dashboard, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Business admins must provide accurate company information and ensure only authorized team members use their credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any API keys or invite codes issued to you.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the working of the platform. AppointmentMe may suspend or terminate access when usage violates these Terms, applicable law, or puts our infrastructure at risk.
4. Customer Appointments
Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of services, availability, pricing, and follow-up communication with their customers. AppointmentMe only facilitates booking workflows and does not guarantee the outcome of appointments between businesses and their clients.
5. Data Ownership
Business data, including services, availability, and customer bookings, remains owned by the respective businesses. AppointmentMe does not sell customer data and only processes it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment & Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for all taxes, transaction fees, or third-party costs incurred through your usage of AppointmentMe. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the terms of your subscription or commercial agreement.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause downtime. AppointmentMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may stop using AppointmentMe at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security, legal, or operational risks. Upon termination, access to dashboards and booking pages may be removed.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AppointmentMe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will highlight material updates through the dashboard or by email.
